I have ordered multiple items and have only received part of my order.
We ship from several locations, so you may receive multiple deliveries for a single order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA Electron and American Express.
We also accept payment via PayPal.
It has been a few days since I placed my order and have only received an order confirmation.
Our dispatch processing time is 3-7 working days (not incl. weekends and public holidays and unless otherwise stated) from the point of purchase.
Can I upgrade my shipping to next day delivery?
Next day delivery is currently not a service we offer.
I have placed an order and would like to add/remove an item.
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make adjustments once submitted. A new item can only be added by placing a new order and removing an item or cancelling an order would require you contacting email@example.com, quoting your order reference number.
